History

The local church served as a school until 1952, after which a dedicated school building was established with a single classroom. A second classroom was added in 1967. In August 2004 a prefabricated unit was installed to accommodate growing enrolments, followed by a further prefab in September 2006 when the school expanded to a three‑teacher model. Summer 2011 saw the roof replaced and the addition of a learning support room and staff room at the rear of the school. In September 2012 the school received funding for two new classrooms and extensive upgrades to existing facilities.
