Eivers Lane Childcare CLG

Eivers Lane Childcare CLG is a purpose‑built childcare centre located on Main Street Upper in Mohill, County Leitrim. The centre prides itself on a caring, long‑term team with extensive experience in early years provision. Its core values – spontaneous expression, self‑esteem and a desire for learning – underpin a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore and develop confidence. The facility offers a range of age‑specific rooms, each designed to meet the developmental needs of the children in its care. The centre provides dedicated spaces for babies (0‑12 months) where routines from home are respected, as well as wobbler, toddler and play‑school rooms that maintain low staff‑to‑child ratios and incorporate daily outdoor access. From the age of three, children can benefit from the free Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) pre‑school programme, with some eligible for two free years. An after‑school service for children aged 5‑16 operates from the adjacent Canon Donohoe Hall, offering a breakfast club, school drop‑off, homework support, themed activities and a hot dinner each evening. Eivers Lane emphasises a holistic approach, combining structured learning with play, outdoor experiences and personalised care. Parents are supported through flexible enrolment options and a welcoming community atmosphere, making the centre a convenient choice for families throughout Leitrim and the surrounding counties.
