Roots Montessori

Roots Montessori describes itself as a nature‑inspired Montessori school that nurtures and guides the whole child. The centre welcomes children from 18 months up to 6 years, offering an environment that blends natural elements with the Montessori prepared‑environment philosophy. Classrooms are designed to encourage independence, curiosity and self‑directed learning, while outdoor spaces provide opportunities for exploration, sensory play and connection with the natural world. The programme is structured around the Montessori curriculum, supporting developmental milestones across the early childhood years. Through carefully sequenced activities, children develop practical life skills, language, mathematics, cultural awareness and social‑emotional competence. The school emphasises a holistic approach, aiming to foster confidence, respect for others and a love of learning in each child. Admissions information is provided for families interested in joining the community.
