About

Waterford Montessori is a part-time service in a parish hall on the outskirts of Waterford city. It has operated since 1993 and offers a five-year Montessori programme: Pre-Montessori for ages 2 to 3, Montessori for ages 3 to 4, and Advanced Montessori for ages 4 to 7. The service uses the main hall, a kitchen and adjacent sanitary facilities, and there is a secure outdoor area to the side. It opens 07:30 to 15:00, Monday to Friday, from September to June, and cares for up to 26 children aged 2 to 6 years, with school-aged care also available. The ECCE grant covers two years of Montessori tuition.
