Sligo Springboard CLG Resource House Project Creche

Sligo Springboard CLG Resource House Project Creche is a family‑focused support service based in Sligo, offering a range of early learning and childcare provision for children and their families. Operating as a community‑based hub, the centre aims to create an engaging environment where each child and family can thrive, with a particular emphasis on inclusive, supportive care that responds to local needs. The service delivers a variety of programmes, including structured early learning and care for younger children, flexible drop‑in sessions for families requiring occasional support, and dedicated childcare for school‑aged children. In addition to direct childcare, the centre provides broader family support, helping parents access resources and guidance to enhance the wellbeing of the whole household. The approach is centred on fostering strong relationships, encouraging developmental play, and promoting a safe, nurturing setting for children of all ages. Funded by external bodies, the creche serves a wide catchment area across Child and Family Support Network Area 3, covering Sligo Town (East & West) and surrounding communities such as Ballysadare, Ballintogher, Collooney, Kilmacowen, Knocknarea and Strandhill, ensuring that families throughout the region can benefit from its services.
