Little Crickets Creche & Montessori

Little Crickets Creche & Montessori is a family‑owned childcare centre that opened its doors in 2011. Based in Gorey, County Wexford, the centre provides a child‑centred, inclusive and secure environment for children from babies (as young as six months) up to the end of primary school (sixth class). The philosophy focuses on respecting each child’s individuality and offering stimulating learning experiences that are tailored to each child’s unique interests, blending the Montessori approach with early childhood education standards. The centre operates on a school calendar, closing for mid‑term breaks, Easter and the summer holidays, and offers a range of services to meet the needs of families. Full‑day care is available for children aged six months to five years, and the facility also provides after‑school care for children collected from local schools. Participation in the ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) scheme and the National Childcare Scheme is supported, helping families access financial assistance for childcare costs. The premises are located at 145 Pearsons Brook, Holyfort Road, Gorey, and are designed to provide a safe, nurturing setting for early learning and development.
