Fermoy Community Preschool Playgroup

Open since 1985, Fermoy Community Preschool Playgroup is a community-based service in the urban area of Fermoy, North Cork. It accommodates children aged 2 to 6 on a full day, part-time, and sessional basis, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:15, 38 weeks of the year. ECCE sessions run in the morning from 09:00 to 12:00 and in the afternoon from 13:00 to 16:15. A Stay and Play option runs from 12:00 to 14:30. The service occupies part of a converted former convent and includes two interconnected care rooms, a sleep and sensory room, a messy room, a kitchen, and office and storage space. Children can access two outdoor play areas directly from the care rooms, with a third secure outdoor area located opposite the building.
