Dúanaire Kindergarten

Dúanaire Kindergarten is a childcare centre situated on Hall Street in Kingscourt, County Cavan, offering a range of early years programmes for children from one year up to school‑age. The facility provides a dedicated crèche for infants aged 1‑2.5 years, as well as specialised toddler care for ages 2‑3 years. For children ready for a more structured learning environment, the centre runs pre‑Montessori and Montessori programmes covering the age groups 2‑3 years and 2‑3.5 years respectively, supporting the development of independence, curiosity and foundational academic skills. In addition to its core early years provision, Dúanaire Kindergarten operates an after‑school club for children aged 3 years up to school‑going age, offering a safe and engaging environment for homework support, play and social interaction beyond the standard school day. The centre highlights its outdoor facilities, providing ample space for physical activity and exploration, which complements its indoor learning areas. With a focus on nurturing, age‑appropriate care and a balanced curriculum, the kindergarten aims to support each child's holistic development within a welcoming community setting.
