Absolute Beginners Crèche

Absolute Beginners & Happy Tots is a home‑from‑home childcare centre situated in Tullow, Co. Carlow. The facility welcomes children from three months of age and provides a warm, cosy environment designed to support early learning and development. The centre offers full‑time preschool care, creating a structured routine that prepares children for the transition to primary school while maintaining a nurturing atmosphere. Secure outdoor play areas are available at each crèche, allowing children to explore and develop physical skills safely. In addition to its core preschool provision, the centre now offers after‑school care through Happy Tots, extending support to families with school‑aged children. The service is provided free of charge under the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) scheme, making quality early years provision accessible to the local community. The emphasis is on a kind, caring approach that encourages independence, social interaction, and a love of learning across all age groups.
