Modern facilities support these endeavours, providing dedicated spaces for physical education, wellbeing, and collaborative learning, ensuring that each child can explore their interests in a supportive and well‑resourced setting.
History
Scoil Naomh Pádraig was established in 2022 through the amalgamation of two historic local schools: St. Colman’s Boys National School (operating from 1982 to 2022) and the Convent of Mercy Primary School (1936‑2022). The merger created a unified, co‑educational primary school that continues the legacy of both predecessor institutions while offering a contemporary, inclusive educational experience for the Kanturk community.
