Its ethos emphasises justice, compassion, effort, respect for diversity and personal responsibility, fostering an inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. In recent years the school has undergone significant development, adding seven new classrooms, a dedicated staff room, a sensory room and additional storage facilities. Building upgrades include a new roof on the original structure, a modern gas heating system, and a refreshed library, hall and reception area. Outdoor resources are extensive, featuring a large field, an artificial‑grass (astro) playing area and mature trees, all of which support a wide range of play, sport and break‑time activities.
