Valentia Island Resource and Childcare Centre

Based on Valentia Island, Co. Kerry, this community-run rural service takes children from birth to 6 years on a full day, part time, or sessional basis. It opens 08:15 to 17:45 daily from a purpose-built facility. Two large care rooms are currently in use: a pre-school room and a creche room. The building also has a separate sleep room, an enclosed outdoor playground, a kitchen, and a staff office. Toilet, handwashing, and nappy changing facilities are available on site.
