The Growing Patch Childcare Centre

The Growing Patch Childcare Centre is a full day service in Kilkenny city, operating under the Newpark Close Family Resource Centre. It opens Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:45, taking children aged 1 to 6. There are four preschool classrooms: the Bluebells Room for children aged 1 to 2, the Buttercup Room for ages 2 to 3, and two preschool rooms, the Primrose Room and the Acorn Room. Each classroom has its own outdoor area with direct patio door access, and a large all-weather play area is also available to the side of the building. A designated sleep room sits adjacent to the baby and wobbler room, and a kitchen is provided for meal preparation.
