A before-school and afterschool service began at the school in September 2018 and runs only on days when the school is open. Sessions cover 08:00 to 08:40 in the morning, and afternoon slots of 13:30 to 14:30, 13:30 to 16:00, 13:30 to 18:00, 14:30 to 16:00 and 14:30 to 18:00. The school teaches through Irish and draws pupils from Cnoc na Cathrach and the surrounding area.
