Krafty Kids Community Childcare

Krafty Kids Community Childcare has been a cornerstone of early years provision in Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan since 1997. Operating as a not‑for‑profit organisation and registered charity, the centre delivers high‑quality, affordable childcare that supports children’s development while giving parents peace of mind. Their services include a full‑daycare offering in Cavan town – the first of its kind in the area – as well as a range of preschool programmes that blend creativity with early learning. The centre prides itself on a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to learn, grow and thrive. The ethos at Krafty Kids is firmly child‑centred, with an open culture that welcomes all children and celebrates individual differences. They work in partnership with parents, recognising families as the primary educators and fostering meaningful collaboration. Surplus income is reinvested back into the service, reinforcing its community‑driven focus. In addition to daily care, the centre engages in community projects and offers educational tips and parenting advice, reinforcing its role as a supportive hub for families throughout the region.
