Knockanrawley Childcare

Knockanrawley Childcare operates within the Knockanrawley Resource Centre, a multi‑disciplinary community hub in Tipperary Town. The centre’s mission is to empower individuals, families and the wider community by providing a range of programmes that promote social inclusion, personal development and wellbeing. Childcare is delivered as part of the centre’s “Community Childcare” offering, which is designed to support families with flexible, high‑quality early years provision in a welcoming, locally‑based environment. The facility benefits from a certified organic garden and a range of community‑led activities, creating a stimulating and nature‑rich setting for children. The centre’s ethos centres on encouragement, fostering and empowerment, ensuring that children receive care that nurtures their development while families receive support through linked services such as parent and family supports, counselling and therapy. Regular events, including teddy‑bear picnics, camps and themed “Fun Fairy Days”, illustrate the centre’s commitment to providing a joyful, inclusive experience for young children.
