Hurlers Cross Playschool

Hurlers Cross Playschool operates from a single-storey prefabricated unit on the grounds of Clonmoney National School in Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare. The sessional service runs Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 11:45 for 38 weeks of the year, covering children aged 2 to 6. The ECCE scheme is available to eligible children. Indoors, children use a playroom and bathroom facilities. Outside, there is an enclosed play area at the rear and an all-weather surface on the school grounds. Four adults work directly with children each day, with qualifications at levels 5 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework.
