About
Operating since 1996, Highfield Montessori School is a sessional service in the Rathgar area of south Dublin. Children aged 2 to 6 are educated using the Montessori approach, with sessions running Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30. The service is based in a large church hall and has exclusive use of adjacent sanitary facilities during operating hours. A shared kitchen is also available. For outdoor activities, children use a large privately owned park directly opposite the building, which has grass, hard-paving, and gravel surfaces. The service participates in the ECCE scheme.
