Cnoc na nÓg

Cnoc na nÓg is a sessional outdoor pre-school on the campus of Straide National School in Straide, Co. Mayo. It caters for children aged 2 to 6 years, with morning sessions from 09:00 to 12:00. The service is a hybrid of outdoor and indoor provision. A single-storey demountable building holds one care room, with separate sanitary facilities in an adjoining structure. Children have access to a large outdoor space with a sheltered area and play equipment. The pre-school is wheelchair accessible and fully inclusive, with enrolment on a first come, first served basis. The first intake was due in September 2025.
