Clare Family Resource Center

Clare Family Resource Centre has been delivering accessible, affordable and high‑quality childcare in County Clare for over three decades. Operating as a voluntary charitable organisation since 1993, the centre provides a safe, child‑centred environment that follows the Aistear Early Childhood Curriculum Framework and a holistic, hands‑on approach to learning. All staff are fully qualified and benefit from ongoing training through its status as a QQI‑registered provider, ensuring that children receive up‑to‑date educational support in a warm, caring setting. The state‑of‑the‑art facility, opened in December 2008 on Watery Road, comprises four fully equipped rooms and soft‑surface outdoor play areas. It welcomes children from six months old and offers a Montessori programme, a healthy eating policy, and compliance with HSE standards, including regular inspections. The centre participates in a range of national schemes such as the Community Childcare Subvention Scheme, the Early Childhood Care & Education Scheme, and the Childcare Education & Training Support Programme, reinforcing its commitment to both families and the wider community.
