Ballymun East Community Centre

Ballymun East Community Centre has operated as a community-based childcare service in Dublin 9 since 2000. It takes up to 111 children aged 0 to 6 years across five care rooms on two floors, open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Room names and age groups are: Turtle Room (6 to 18 months), Little Wonders (18 months to 2 years 6 months), Tara Tots (2 to 3 years), Jumping Jacks (2.5 to 3.5 years), and Rainbow Room (3 to 5 years). The service participates in the ECCE scheme, with sessions from 09:00 to 12:00, and provides afterschool care in the afternoons. Outdoor play areas are at the front and side of the building.
