An Teach Spraoi Naíonra Teoranta

An Teach Spraoi Naíonra Teoranta is a preschool on the grounds of Gaelscoil Riada in Athenry, Co. Galway, housed in a modular building. It operates entirely through Irish and follows a child-led curriculum based on the interests and ideas of the children. The ECCE sessional programme runs 08:45 to 11:45, Monday to Friday, for 38 weeks of the year, with a part time option available until 13:30. Children aged 2 to 6 years are accommodated across two playrooms: Seomra Buí for the younger age group and Seomra Dearg for older children. Each room has its own sanitary facilities, and Seomra Buí includes a nappy changing area. Children also have access to a designated outdoor play area.
