Applications for places are made in January each year. The school takes 'Tús Maith Leath na hOibre' as its motto. Pupils are represented by a student council. Teachers use Seesaw to set, receive and assess work, and a remote learning plan is in place for any period when the school cannot open. A school lotto is run as a fundraiser.
