The school also benefits from a vibrant, dedicated staff who regularly organise extra‑curricular projects and partnerships that enrich pupils’ experience and foster community involvement.

History

Gaelscoil na Fuinseoige was founded in 2016 as a multidenominational Irish‑medium school, initially operating from temporary accommodation with just five pupils. Since its modest beginnings the school has moved into a permanent, purpose‑built building and has expanded rapidly. In 2021 the school received a grant under the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan, funded by the EU’s NextGeneration EU programme, to purchase iPads, Chromebooks, STEM equipment and headphones, and to implement a device‑and‑online‑safety management system, further enhancing its digital learning provision.
