Freedom Surf School

The party

Freedom Surf School is an outdoor adventure education provider based in Tramore, County Waterford. It offers surf lessons for children and adults, as well as birthday surf parties. The school is Irish Surfing Association approved and all instructors are ISA qualified, lifeguards, and first aiders. Lessons include a land-based safety brief, wetsuit fitting, a warm-up, and approximately one hour in the water. Equipment such as wetsuits, boots, and beginner surfboards is provided. The facilities include indoor activity lecture rooms, male and female changing rooms, hot showers, and a coffee bar with indoor and outdoor seating. The school also offers other activities such as coastal hikes, stand up paddle boarding, and bodyboarding.
