Parties include an hour on the gym floor and 30 minutes for food and presents, with a party host and a medal for each child. The birthday child can choose between a gymnastics, ninja, or fun-time theme. The venue has equipment such as giant air tracks, sprung floors, beams, bars, and a ninja obstacle course. Parties are held on weekends, with some Friday evening availability. Guests can bring their own food, but nuts and grapes are not allowed.
