What children do

Olympic style Taekwondo classes for kids and teens. Classes include warm up, flexibility work, speed and agility drills, kicking and punching practice on pads, partner work, Poomsae forms, and safe sparring. Students also learn board breaking, use of Nun Chucks, Jo and Bo staff, and jumping kicks. Self defence is a key component.
