What children do

Children learn capoeira basics including basic strokes, kicks, and strikes in a playful way, with games, challenges, and core strengthening exercises. The class also introduces Afro-Brazilian music and language, helping children build strength, balance, discipline, and respect while enjoying an energetic and dynamic environment.
