Junior Learn To Play at Mountview Youth and Community Centre

What children do

Junior Learn to Play introduces children aged five and up to inline hockey. Sessions focus on skating fundamentals, basic hockey skills, teamwork, and game awareness in a fun, confidence-building environment. Players progress at their own pace and may later join development or competitive teams.

• Skating fundamentals: balance, stopping, turning, and power skating
• Basic hockey skills: stick handling, passing, shooting, and puck protection
• Teamwork and game awareness through engaging drills
• Gradual progression to development or competitive teams
