What children do
Children learn Tomiki Aikido, a defensive martial art, through warm-up exercises, basic movements, advanced techniques, and playful games. Training with partners helps build social skills and coordination. Classes are held in a calm, controlled environment and are taught by instructors who are Garda vetted and registered with IMAC.
