Gym Kids at Evolve Strength and Fitness

What children do

Evolve Strength and Fitness runs Gym Kids, a recreational gymnastics programme for children. The gym is transformed into a gymnastics playground where kids learn basic gymnastics skills in a fun, smile-filled environment. Classes are one hour long and are led by experienced coaches who previously worked in gymnastics clubs.
