What children do

Structured Taekwon-Do classes for children aged 7 and over, with separate Young Warriors (7-11) and Teen Warriors (12+) programmes. Children learn discipline, focus, respect, and self-defence through engaging, supportive classes. Beginners are not required to spar, and classes are designed to build confidence and fitness in a calm, structured environment.
